I'd personally get your time and shop all around for a far better deal. If you are not guaranteed that You will need a CTL, you'll be able to generally add OTT tracks to some wheeled machine, or choose a VTS procedure. I might be scared of jogging virtually any rubber tracks though if You will be in rocky, sharp areas. Just my $.02. Fantastic luck.
